- Providing specialist expertise: Underpinning everything is the
ongoing mastery of the basics of Finance.This internship position
is located in Indianapolis, IN; Santa Clara, CA; Tucson, AZ;
Pleasanton, CA OR Branchburg, NJ. It is also on-site.The
Opportunity
- Assist in financial analysis and forecasting in expense,
headcount, inventory and capital expenditure to support strategic
decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial
data and provide insights for budgeting and planning purposes.
- Conduct research on market trends, industry competitors, and
emerging opportunities to support financial analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations,
and documentation.
- Contribute to the optimization of financial processes and
systems.
- Collaborate with senior finance professionals to learn and
apply financial principles and best practices.
- Support ad-hoc finance projects as assigned, providing valuable
contributions to the team.Program Highlights
- Intensive 12-weeks, full time (40 hours per week) paid
internship.
- Program start dates are in May/June (Summer).
- A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help
alleviate costs associated with the internship.
- Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical
projects.
- Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology
industry.Who You Are.Required Education:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree (enrolled
student).Required majors: Finance, Accounting, Business, Data
Science, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or
Statistics.Required skills:
- You completed at least 2 years of college/university.
- Must have a GPA of at least 3.0.
- Strong financial analysis foundations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention
to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment.
- Growth-minded, curious learner that finds accomplishment in
dealing with reduction of complexity, simplification and unexplored
paths.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal
skills.

benefits are not available for this position.The expected salary
range for this position based on the primary location for this
position of Indiana is $23.00 - $28.00 per hour. Actual pay will be
determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic
location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This
position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
