Job Description:
We are seeking a Med/Peds Physician to join our large academic
pediatric practice and adult hospital medicine teams at IU Health
West Hospital. This position includes caring for well newborns,
attending deliveries, ED consults, and caring for babies in a Level
II NICU; the role also includes hospitalist duties for adult
patient care. Additionally, there are opportunities to work at the
academic pediatric hospital and at IU Health North's pediatric
unit, in addition to newborn care at other sites in the future.The
position at IU West is a robust community hospital with a variety
in acuity of patients, opportunity for teaching, diverse,
high-functioning, collaborative and an engaged provider group.
Position Details:
- Full-time 100% inpatient: may be split between days/nights.
Additional shift details may be discussed with the recruiter. Some
opportunities for additional moonlighting at additional pay per
shift.
- Medical and surgical inpatients
- Physicians interested in academic pursuits may be eligible for
rigorous academic track with demonstrable scholarly
production.

- BE/BC in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
- Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure
