  • The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit.
  • Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient ratios, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff.

    • Must Have Skills/Experience: BLS certification, Two years experience med/surg
    • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Charge and/or leadership experience, Mentor/preceptor experience
    • Personality Fit: Kind, hardworking, 'can do attitude.', Thorough / strong organizational and prioritization skills
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: Alternating Shift - 6am to 6:30pm days, mids 11am to 11:30pm, nights 6pm to 6:30am.
      • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
      • Weekend Hours: two weekend shifts every 3rd weekend for a total of 4 weekend days per 6-week schedule
      • Call Requirements: none

        • Type of equipment - Alaris Pumps, bladder scanner, Phillips Monitors, telemetry, SCD machines, EKG machine.
