Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counselor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, consultation, and
counseling services in a call center environment
Conduct risk, substance abuse, and mental health assessments to
develop immediate action/safety plans
Collaborate with professional teams to ensure positive clinical
outcomes and continuity of care for members
Required Qualifications
1+ years of crisis intervention skills
Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health
clinical license per state regulations
Master's degree in behavioral health counseling profession
1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services experience
preferred
Experience working with diverse populations preferred
