Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial and Product
Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support for the rollout of new features, categories,
and products
Identify regulatory, IP, privacy, and consumer protection issues
while collaborating with legal experts
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for strategic partnerships
and assess business risks
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technology, mobile, or Internet sectors,
preferably e-commerce
Strong commercial contracting and negotiation skills
Experience in product counseling, privacy/data protection,
intellectual property, and consumer protection
JD from an ABA accredited law school and state bar membership
Proven experience managing senior-level business relationships
