This position is in a retail setting, with our team having partnered with well-known retailers in the Indianapolis area. You would be responsible for communicating specials and deals tailored to each customer, keeping an upbeat attitude while interacting and using excellent customer service for a positive customer experience.No experience with sales? No problem! We provide thorough and in-depth, paid training.Our set work schedule is Thursday-Monday, we do offer some flexibility for specific situations but any changes to our standard schedule would need to be brought to our CEO's attention during the interview process. We operate on a hybrid meeting schedule, three times a week (M/Th/F) we met in our office for morning meetings and two times a week (Sa/Su) we conduct these meetings virtually.
