A company is looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer,
Platform Ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Craft visual standards and quality for the design team and identify
improvements for the design system
Lead vision-setting initiatives and communicate designs to peers
and executives for alignment
Mentor and provide feedback to designers while owning design
direction and quality for personal projects
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products
Experience leading designers or teams at an initiative level
A portfolio showcasing large-scale, high-impact projects for both
desktop and mobile
Experience working with and contributing to a design system
Desire to understand user needs deeply before defining product
strategies
