Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Printed Packaging Specialist for a contract position in Mason, OH. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Our company is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the global print supply chain, ensuring quality standards are met and issues are resolved efficiently. This role involves collaboration across various functions, including Purchasing, MPD, and Package Development, to conduct printer evaluations and maintain alignment of Print Quality Programs with current suppliers.
The successful candidate will lead regular reviews with suppliers and business partners, develop improvement plans to address print quality issues, and create scorecards. Additionally, they will spearhead root cause analysis of print quality issues in collaboration with Package Development.
A strong understanding of the latest pre-press and packaging software, as well as digital technologies, is essential to present innovative solutions and options to the business.


Qualifications:

Experience in managing a global print supply chain
Ability to work across multiple functions for printer evaluations
Experience in developing and maintaining Print Quality Programs
Strong collaboration skills for leading reviews with suppliers and business partners
Proven ability to develop improvement plans and perform root cause analysis
Knowledge of the latest pre-press and packaging software and digital technologies
