Who you are:You thrive in a team environment.-- You are a detail-oriented multi-tasker who can handle stressful situations well.---- ----Responsibilities for this position include:Verify the Project is Established in Procore with Project ControlsVerify Project Established in Foundation with ControllerProject Established in Teams/Moved out of Bid Folder Data Entry of Budget into Procore/Foundation (Vendors)Permits (Tracked in Prelim Action Plan)Utility Coord. (Tracked in Prelim Action Plan)Project Documents always up to date in ProcoreAdditional Demo permitting, including EPALong Lead Time Management (Action Item)Write, Submit, and Track Product SubmittalsChange EventsWrite, Submit, and Track RFI'sUtility Cut Over to Owner Submit Closeout Documents (O&M's, Warranty, etc.) Assign Tasks to responsible parties with due dates via action plans and other task methods in Procore.Ensure emails are logged.Work with PM to craft weekly PM meetings.Work with the PM to convert the Buyout to Finalized Budget.Preparing for approval all pay applications & invoicing----Minimum Requirements:Degree in construction, design or related field, or 4 years related experienceProficiency in Procore Construction Management Software, preferredWhat we offer:We offer Healthcare Insurance, PTO, 401K match, and ancillary insurance options.
