As a Systems Consultant for WBS, you will assist in the assessment of companies' information technology systems, including their hardware, software and networks, to recommend systems, software or tools to help them meet their needs. You will define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid, dependable conclusions. WBS is a division of Tipmont that primarily serves small- or medium-sized businesses, as well as several larger operations. Duties that intrigue you include: Assessing a company's IT systems, including hardware, software and networksDiscovering urgent issues and / or strategic opportunities within IT systemsPreparing reports that highlight your findings & presenting progress to clientsRecommending systems, software and / or tools to meet a company's needsCreating solution systems & adjusting existing systems for optimal performanceMeeting with clients to discuss their needs & provide expert adviceMaintaining positive client relationships through excellent customer serviceInstalling new solution systems & ensuring everything functions as intendedProviding training and support to help customers adopt & use their new systemsDefining the scope, budget and timeline of projectsAcquiring up-to-date knowledge of upcoming technology & key industry trendsManaging multiple project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail You'll join a company where all employees live by corporate values of innovation, public-service heart, passion, respect and making an impact. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field Three to five years of experience in IT consulting, system integration and / or network managementStrong knowledge of IT systems, cloud computing, networking, data storage and best practices in cybersecurityProject management experienceExcellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex technical challengesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Preferred Skills Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Microsoft Certified)Wintek Business Solutions is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
