Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Building Systems
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and conduct project update meetings
Lead project collaboration meetings with various stakeholders
Oversee project revenue and cost control, including budgeting and
change management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, environmental design,
architecture, or engineering; or 15 years of project management
experience in property technology
At least 4 years of experience as a lead project manager on
commercial or multifamily projects
Expertise in building technologies including data networks and
surveillance systems
AIA Billing experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ProCore
